What you’ll do You’ll be joining a team of committed, passionate and self-determined people who support each other, encourage new ideas and aim for excellence in all that we do. Working with a number of key internal departments, you will run and grow key clients’ portfolio of programmes to successfully achieve client retention. Putting the client at the heart of everything you do, you will work closely with the service delivery and onboarding teams to ensure all service and programme requirements are met. You will be tasked with advising your clients on existing and future programmes, project managing the design and successful implementation and delivery of programmes and analysing student performance. You will thrive on establishing and maintain strong client relationships through regular, structured contact and ensure their needs are continually met. Role requirements With experience of operating in a client-facing environment, you will have a proven track record of managing successful relationships with clients. Highly motivated and committed to your clients, you will be able to demonstrate when you have previously gone above and beyond to deliver excellent service against KPIs and SLAs. A strong networker and effective communicator, you will be able to demonstrate a clear ability to maintain appropriate professional relationships both internally and externally and will relish the opportunity to meet with key clients and utilise your project management skills to create high level and detailed plans. You will have previous experience of negotiating supplier/client contracts and can demonstrate how you have navigated the associated challenges.
