Overview
We are currently working with a fast-growing, international company to find an experienced and passionate Principal Software Developer to lead an Agile Software Development team to deliver complex software solutions using the Microsoft stack. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Nottingham and we are looking for candidates who can evidence the following skills and experience: Solid experience using .NET and C# Developing cloud-native applications, ideally using Microsoft Azure Proven experience of software engineering practices such as BDD, TDD, SOLID principles, CI, CD and pair programming Experience of leading and mentoring a cross-functional team Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior management We are able to offer a competitive salary depending on skills and experience plus a wealth of highly attractive benefits.
