Job Description Job Type: Care Assistant - Days Hours: 33 hours per week Salary: £8.21 per hour Location: Ashleigh Court Care Home, Chester Road, Gresford, Wrexham, Wales, LL12 8PP About Select Healthcare The Select Healthcare Group is a family run business that was founded in the 1980’s with just one residential care home. Over the past three decades we have rapidly expanded our family of care homes and now have facilities in some of the most beautiful, relaxing surroundings in England. We currently have 30 care homes covering Mental Health, Nursing, Learning Difficulties, Rehabilitation, Challenging behaviours and residential care. Ashleigh Court Care Home Ashleigh Court enjoys a tranquil woodland setting and provides excellent care in a modern, purpose built facility. Ashleigh Court has 44 bedrooms over two floors all of which have en-suite facilities and 2 double rooms on the ground floor, also with en-suites. The double rooms will accommodate either a couple or any two persons who wish to share a room together. Ashleigh Court is purpose built and underwent a full refurbishment giving the home a fresher feel. About the role About the role The role of a Care Assistant at Select is to provide high quality personal care, support our Residents needs and provide person-centred care. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our Residents lives, after all, you are in their home. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.
