Job Overview: We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Second Line Application Software Support Analyst who has SQL / MySQL, Linux administration and a basic awareness of ITIL with excellent communication skills. Working as the Second Line Application Software Support Analyst you will provide application support to advanced system issues using SQL / MySQL with some Linux system administration tasks. As the Second Line Application Software Support Analyst, you will be methodical, organised, have good analytical skills and be customer focused, with a high attention to detail. The role is varied, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Configuration and Implementation Departments. Please see key skills below: Core responsibilities; Second tier triage of customer support incidents and problems Creation and implementation of data fixes System configuration - initial configuration and on-going change.
