Overview
Our client is a leading bridging lender located in the Westend. Due to natural business expansion, they are seeking to appoint a Loan Servicing Manager to head up and manage the Servicing Team. You will oversee the Servicing Team who are responsible for the post completion administration and loan books including; bridging/development, BTL and second charge mortgages. The role: Manage the Loan Servicing team - coach, train and deliver guidance to the whole team Ensure comprehensive up to date procedures are developed and documented Regular interactions with solicitors Proactively identify process improvements/issues Produce MI and present analysis for management and committees Lead regular team meetings Ensure customer accounts are accurately maintained and managed Monitor and manage workflow queues to ensure SLA's are met Lead in key department meetings About you: Experience in dealing with a high-volume workflow within a lender Experience in collections, arrears and special servicing within regulated and unregulated lending Close attention to detail with high standards Challenging and motivating staff to achieve clear goals Excellent organisational skills
