Overview

Desktop Support job, based in Bradford, £13 per hr (umbrella) ,within IR35 , immediate start, Desktop Support Mobile £13.00 per hour Umbrella 2 Months Engineer required in the North region to provide support for increased levels of project and BAU engagements due to FTE resource being almost fully utilised daily. These roles are to support in a short-term capacity while full time vacancies are being interviewed for in the area. Role will require the individual to have the below skills: Experience in a customer facing environment, preferably corporate head office. Familiar with rollout and floor walking activities in support primarily of Windows 10 environments. Working knowledge of Microsoft products in both OS and Office families - Accreditation supporting this is preferred but not essential. Working knowledge of hardware component replacement/installation including RAM/SSD replacement processes and best practice. Role is mobile so will be required to drive and will require coverage of the North of England region travel within working hours will be covered.
