Ledger Supervisor required by leading Lincoln company Your new company Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a leading Lincoln based organisation looking to recruit a Ledger Supervisor Your new role You will be responsible for a small team ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently within the required timescales. The role will be extremely varied including; the preparation of invoices and credit notes (Manually & Electronically), checking weekly reports, the production and distribution of cheques, assisting with supplier and other payment queries, reconciliation of purchase ledger and supplier statements, and proforma invoices. What you'll need to succeed You will have recent and relevant ledger experience working in a busy commercial environment and be used to dealing with a high volume of invoices of all values. Previous supervisory experience would be highly desirable but if you are an experienced ledger professional looking for the next level in your career I would also like to hear from you. You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be IT literate.
