About the role Are you looking to join our remarkable team of Care Assistants who spend every day making a difference to people’s lives? We are looking for compassionate, kind and supportive people to become part of our dedicated team providing person centred care to clients within local Residential and Nursing homes. The role is to work alongside a team of community staff to support in the discharge of Patients out of a Central London hospital, these patients that have been admitted/hospitalised with Cardiac problems You will be working in the community visiting roughly 4-5 patients a day, working a 7.5 hour day between 0700-2200 (can be flexible) Minimum of 2 days a week. Rates of Pay: £11.00 per hour You must have: Access to your own vehical Type 1 Business Insurance NVQ Level 3 Previous Community Experience Full immunisations/ Vaccinations required.
