                    Interim Business Partner
Overview
                                Hoop Recruitment have an Interim Business Partner Role available to join the HR department. This is a fantastic employer based in Newport. You will be a trusted member of the team and support the organisations business requirements. You will be responsible for making sure that all people policies are in place; providing advice and guidance, spotting development needs and implementing appropriate training to get the best possible outcome for the organisation and its employees, creating an overall great culture. You will be teaming up with other HR departmental team and approaching the matters of:  Performance management and other HR functions in order to ensure the programs in place are effective and efficient.  Providing advice and guidance  Implementing development plans  Creating a people plan for the business and its departments  Implementing talent management and training for all internal and external processes  Making sure HR policies and practices are meeting the company's requirements  Responsible for the reliability of employee data in the HR systems  Monitoring Employee Relations Key Requirements:  Previous experience working in manufacturing or engineering environment  CIPD qualified or equivalent  Have immediate availability  Experience working with HR systems If you are interested please contact Emily Summerhayes or Rachel Morris who are working closely on this role.
