Overview
Temporary HR Administrator Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £10.00 P/H (PAYE) Hours: Monday - Friday between the hours 8am-6pm Nouvo Recruitment are working with an elite outsourcing partner who specialise in financial services with core family values that believe in working in partnership to deliver the very best maintaining customer and client satisfaction at all times. The Role; Typing - Letters, contracts, variations of contract, reference requests and staff schedules (starters/leavers) etc. Inputting staff information on personnel database Recording staff holidays, sickness and periods of absence and providing monthly analysis for Payroll New starters process Leavers process Filing/Archiving Maintaining and updating personnel database Providing staff employment benefit reports Updating and coordinating training schedules and files Distributing & coordinating training course invites and attendee lists General administrative support to teams Skills; Previous HR experience within a similar role Great communication skills Computer literate Organised High attention to detail Time management Ability to adapt to changing priorities Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
