Project Manager | Social Housing | Regeneration | Glasgow Your new company An award winning regeneration contractor working on some of the biggest frameworks within Scotland. The company is experiencing growth due to winning a lucrative project in Glasgow. They have a very healthy pipeline of work with future projects secured across the central belt. What you'll need to succeed Experience of Managing £10m projects from start to finish. Previous experience of Regeneration projects is preferred. Being able to manage a programme of works and delegate to the site team to ensure the project runs on time. The project is a live environment with tenants still in the premises so previous experience of this would be ideal. If you have worked on district heating projects that would be beneficial.
