Overview

As their Business develops further the Workplace Investing (WI) Business of this global leading Investment and Pension business is now seeking a WI Client Services Manager. This part of the business is a core component of their Workplace Investing proposition, where recognising their clients’ specific needs, they are able to share their broad experiences and solutions whilst providing provide a market-leading, first-class client service This is a multifunctional and varies opportunities that will include: Client servicing and account co-ordination where you will provide full operational support to the Business in delivering excellent service to their Full Service and Investment Only clients. This will involve pro-actively managing and overseeing all operational aspects of the client relationship and be responsible for any service provided by other internal support functions. Acting as the first point of operational contact for clients, consultants and administrators. This will include service reviews and face-to-face meetings as required (that may include agenda setting and hosting the meeting), as well as managing any issue or matter arising under the terms of service agreements and working with clients to build a tailored service package Contributing to new business prospects where you will be part of meetings that will involve presenting to new business prospects or consultants, providing an overview of the business’s operational offering, including structure, process, control’s and reporting. Handling client projects with full operational responsibility for client restructures and other client activity. With proven experience in a client facing role, it is essential that this has been gained within a pension administration or Investment environment that ideally includes exposure to consultants and TPA’s, coupled with proven communication and presentation skills, the ability to balance the priority for client servicing and a willingness to question processes with a view to improving client service delivery.
