Overview
Our client is looking for two Import Clerks who has at least 2 years experience within Air freight Imports and also has experience completing customs entries. Duties would include: Handling air imports start-finish Tracking arrivals of cargo Reporting missing documents to customer service Dealing with special arrangements for transporting delicate cargo, dangerous goods and other fragile goods Arranging courier and specialist hand carry services Arranging payment of freight and other charges Issue insurance according to customer service instruction Daily tracking of all pending flights Completing customs entries Skills needed: Experience dealing with air freight start-finish 2 years experience within the freight industry Good customer service skills PC literate Proactive Self-motivated Working hours: 2 SHIFT AVAILABLE Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 or 4on 4 OFF 7.00-19.00PM
