The day job Currently looking for a Service Analyst for a unique opportunity to work in collaboration with the existing team on a complex assignment. This team are a vital customer interface, responsible for the issue and return of mobile devices. Security Clearance You do need to hold or be eligible for advanced clearance for this position Key Responsibilities: Face to face contact with the client dealing with all aspects of the management of mobile devices including customer queries Contacting mobile device users via e-mail and telephone Updating and closure of tasks on the Service Management tool Filing and storage of mobile device related paperwork (receipts, SyOps) ITIL based service management processes Support Mobile Computing Auditor Meet contractual Service Level Attainment Essential experience : ITIL service management processes and practices I Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management Processes Recognized ITIL Foundation Computer Sciences Certificate or equivalent MS office packages (at intermediate / advanced level), Lotus Notes and SMS or equivalent Experience of working on a helpdesk in an IT environment Reasons why you should apply to us We’re big – really big.
