FP&A Manager

Radley Green is excited to be working with a powerhouse in the Telecoms sector that is looking for a FP&A Manager to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join and make this role their own. This role requires the individual to proactively drive performance of the business from the insight their analysis and action provided. This is a hands on role but does require someone which has previous FP&A and Telecoms experience Previous experience working with KPI's through business partnering with Sales, Marketing and Operations is preferable. KeyResponsibilities: Overseeing the UK cycle and reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly to the Commercial Director Managing and building financial models used for driving pricing strategies through business partnering with other teams within the company and external stakeholders. Presenting to Board level executives (Previous experience required) Building and monitoring dashboards measuring KPI's and key performance metrics; Reporting your numbers to the Group FP&A team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Previous experienced with Telecoms and FP&A is essential. Experience working with KPI's, Churn, Revenue, Margin, P&L budgeting is essential Senior Manager/Head of Seniority is highly desired Strong team player and efficient communicator.
