Overview
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to join our kitchen team Stanton Lakes. If you are passionate about cooking, love working with fresh ingredients and are looking to progress upwards from a Chef de Partie role, then we would love to hear from you. Stanton Lakes is a unique lakeside restaurant & bar which has approx. 50 covers with a fabulous outside terrace overlooking the lake. The chefs also cater for weddings, parties & corporate functions. As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team assisting with daily prep, part of your duties will be to organise a section ready for service and cooking dishes during Lunch and Dinner service. This is a full time role of approximately 40 hours per week.
