Overview

We are looking for an experienced chef who has kitchen supervisory experience and is used to working in a fast paced pub environment. Must be able to assist the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and cover head chef holidays and days off .Experience in stock control, ordering and delivering on targets and GP is essential .Culinary flare and passion is a must in helping the head Chef develop a new and changing menu.
