Overview
Change Manager / Business Analyst (Six Sigma DMAIC Process Improvement). Would you like to spearhead a period of transformational change in one of the world's longest-established businesses? You'll be the critical point of contact within the business, symbolic of process improvement to enable the organisation to realise its strategic goals. As a Change Manager, you'll bridge the gaps between the business and the Change Programme Team throughout the change lifecycle, shaping new initiatives from their concept and developing informed options based on the analysis work. You'll have the opportunity to partner with key players across the business, cultivating an in depth understanding of business problems, opportunities and impacts, to produce supporting business analysis deliverables and recommend solutions that support the organisation to reach its objectives. In this Change Manager position you'll represent the company when working with stakeholders, identifying and prioritising key stakeholder interests to influence project lifecycles. You'll proactively and constructively challenge the business, working with users to investigate operational issues and new opportunities, seeking business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components. Alongside guiding the company through the 'business shaping phase' you'll manage a team of junior business analysts, overseeing their development through coaching and mentoring. Requirements: You have notable experience in 'process improvement' and are an expert in modelling and streamlining business processes You are Six Sigma certified and have strong working knowledge of process improvement methods, e.g. DMAIC cycle, error-proofing, value added assessment, resilience, reliability etc. You're a confident and self-assured communicator able to relay complex information to technical and non-technical audiences You're passionate about supporting the business to understand its problems and opportunities, to enable them to achieve their strategic goals As a Change Manager you will earn a competitive salary (to £70k) plus a range of benefits.
