Overview
                                Our client, a fast growing company, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join them on a 12 month contract, covering maternity leave. Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, the role encompasses both the day to day management of all operational aspects of the business as well as constant improvement of the customer journey. Duties include  Supervise customer service team of 5 to high levels of customer service  Deliver operational MI for the business  Assist in development and delivery of " delightful" customer journey touchpoints  Staff review & development for the customer service team  Provision of input into the business strategy  Assist with the development and delivery of new processes to capture in life customer requirements  Assist with the development and delivery of a process to manage such requests including task allocation, monitoring execution, reporting of status and throughput whilst ensuring that the customer is satisfied throughout  In addition to being responsible for managing the workflows, the individual will be expected to jump in and execute tasks where appropriate  Ensure full compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority and any other legislative requirements for the business  Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and retention of clients Skills/Experience  Team management skills  Ability to develop and implement procedures and develop systems  High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in work.  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Strong process development focussed on digital delivery  Numerically competent with ability to create reports and analyse data  Commercially focused  Effective planning and organisational skills  Ability to make sound decisions  Good understanding of leasing business and financial issues  A positive and professional attitude  Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment  Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times  Passionate about environmental issues Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills.
