A modern high street law firm seek a junior fee earner/paralegal to join their established residential conveyancing team. The Opportunity: Working in a team you will handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters. This will be mixed to cover an array of transactions including: sale and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties; new builds; shared ownership; transfer of equity, among others. Within a progressive department you will have the support of senior Lawyers as you look to take the next step in your career. What’s needed for me to be considered? Have prior conveyancing experience of working in a property department, either as an Assistant, Secretary, Paralegal or fee earner Be able to handle your own caseload What next?
