Overview

Makers Construction Ltd are a structural refurbishment company in the construction industry and we are looking to recruit a Telemarketer. The position is a part-time temporary to permanent employment. Hours of work – 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (total 15 hrs / week) The ideal candidate will have construction knowledge or have worked in the construction industry, with two years telemarketing experience. Duties Contact existing clients to maintain relationship and gain information relating to any refurbishment works available. Research and call cold data provided to introduce, find the correct and relevant contact and ask key questions. Identify and contact potential new clients. Enter all required information into CRM system daily. Skills Professional and confident communicator. IT competent to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Understanding of CRM systems Excellent team player with experience of working with stakeholders across different business areas. Proven track record of excellent customer service. Ability to work to deadlines. Attention to detail. Excellent time management and prioritising skills. Accurate reporting skills. Performance bonus incentive to be discussed at interview
