Overview
Registered Nurse - Supported Living/Learning Disabilities - £31,000-£39,000 - 36/48 Hours per week We are seeking a RMN/RGN to work in a lovely purpose built Residential Home for Adults with Learning Disabilities. As the on site Nurse, you will e nsure the service users' overall health is maintained while upholding their individual care needs will be a main part of your role. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES You will be: Accurately monitoring and recording observations on the service users' condition. Administering medication and maintaining accurate records as required by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Working collaboratively with the Registered Manager in regards to maintaining and updating service users' care plans. Reviewing nutritional and dietary requirements. KEY REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year post qualified experience as a Registered Nurse. Valid Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) pin. Excellent communication skills with a passion for working in this industry. Valid DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
