Overview
Junior Mortgage Underwriter (BTL Lending) A fantastic opportunity is available for a Junior Mortgage Underwriter to join our client, a rapidly growing and successful specialist mortgage lender. As a Junior Mortgage Underwriter you will assisting with the underwriting of BTL and Bridging Finance cases, underwriting simple cases and assisting with complex cases. Excellent career prospects. Experience required: Minimum 1 year's experience in an mortgage underwriting or credit risk analysis role Must have held a mortgage lending mandate of at least £150k. Has experience working for a mortgage lender / property finance lender. Quick learner, ability to adapt and evolve. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written Good time management skills IT literate: Competent MS Office skills and ability to adapt to internal systems. Ambitious, proactive, and hungry to progress within the company Up to £45k Basic Bonus Benefits (Dependent on experience)
