Product Owner - Implementation, Training, Stakeholder Management, Business Support, Finance Software / CRM Systems / Order Processing Systems, Technical Applications 75% Travel (across EMEA) London Office Based (when not travelling) £36,000 - £46,000 per annum We're currently partnered with a global tech organisation who have produced their own platform and multiple products to help business across a range of areas including content, customer engagement, commerce, advertising and more They currently have offices in 7 countries including England, Denmark, Germany, Australia and the US and are now looking to hire a Product Owner to cover their advertising App working from the London office and spending up to 75% of their time travelling across EMEA working on client implementations along with tech teams. This is an amazing opportunity to become the companies Product Owner, travel across the EMEA region and work on a piece of cutting edge technology You will be responsible for: Lead Training / Coaching of less experienced customers Work on several implementation projects at any given time Lead aspects of implementation for your product at a client's site or remotely Understand project scope Report potential scope issues to Project Manager Assist with identification of risks / development of mitigation or avoidance plans Follow defined project communications policies throughout implementation project life cycle Solicit / document business requirements Create configuration documents Refine and define customer workflows Document / resolve integration issues Assist customer in developing training programs Report enhancement requests / bugs on behalf of the client Work assigned implementation schedule to meet project schedule goals Key Experience: Product Implementation experience Product / App Training experience Stakeholder Management Business Support Finance Software / CRM Systems / Order Processing Systems knowledge Technical Applications knowledge Ability to travel up to 75% of the time across EMEA Bachelors Degree or equivalent Strong technical knowledge understanding Cloud Computing knowledge If you would like any more information about the Product Owner role or know anyone who may be suitable please apply ASAP so that I have your CV available to me to call.
