Overview

Change Specialist, Procurement Transformation: This role will support the Procurement Transformation programme from a change management perspective to navigate our natural human aversion to change and ensure that our colleagues are willing, able and motivated to embrace new technologies and processes. As a Procurement Transformation Programme Change Specialist, you will be responsible for applying a structured change methodology and leading change management activities across 1-3 agile projects to deliver and embed change. Responsibilities: Change Impact Analysis and Change Planning Conducting Change Impact Assessments to identify high, medium and low impact areas Defining and implement Change plans to address identified change hotspots Tracking local activities and provide updates to the central change team Managing change, communications and training risks and issues and escalate to the central team where appropriate Change Network Identifying and on-boarding networks of Change Leaders Managing and coaching the network to manage change within respective business areas Training Providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programmes Communications Developing communications collateral aligned to central strategy and work with Internal Communications to cascade Tracking and measuring communication delivery effectiveness and impact
