Overview
We are delighted to be recruiting an Application Support Engineer for a large global manufacturing business based north of Norwich. As part of an experienced team you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle for a complex application estate. Responsibilities include Being the escalation point for all software related issues Liaising with 3rd Party vendors for issue resolution, development of the software and procurement Design and development of software specifications, through understanding user requirements Training and development of staff at all levels on applications used in the business Strong SQL experience, to manage the data and complete reporting The role is really varied, in a fast paced environment, going through a period of technology change.
