Overview

I want to have more control and be able to go and meet clients" Sound familiar? If you're in in wealth management and based in the South West, then you may want to read on. This is working for a global banking group who look after the finances of wealthy, HNW individuals. They have a large client base in the South West, around Exeter, Plymouth and South and they need someone to look after it. Whilst there are offices locally you can work from, you'll spend most of your time working from home or out with clients. You'll be in charge of your own diary, as long as the relationships are looked after you're largely free to run them as you see fit. You'll work as the central hub, looking after the financial needs of these clients, pulled in the support of other colleagues, Financial Advisors, Investment Managers, etc., as needed. There's a loyal client base of 50 or so individuals who you'll look after, with another 30 or so to develop. Still reading? You'll be CISI level 4, ideally working towards level 6. You'll have experience of working with HNW private clients and will have a depth of knowledge of the wealth management world. A car and being happy to travel are also a must.
