Client Services Manager - South West London - 30k Circa Looking for a Client Services Manager to join our successful and growing financial services business. Ideal Candidate: Key Competencies • To provide high quality technical, administrative and analytical support to companies successful Financial Planners • Attention to detail • Highly organised, methodical, disciplined and meticulous • Catch on quickly, take notes and be able to recall information and processes without being prompted • Understanding of the firm's advice process • Work within defined business processes to achieve the agreed outcome without supervision • Ability to multitask and to prioritise and plan own workload without supervision • As assertive 'can do' approach to dealing with issues • Competent with providers and fund managers • Working within a strong team environment • Familiar and competent with IFA CRMs • Software: Selecta Pension, Morning Star, Defaqto, Act, Voyant, Assureweb, Word, Excel, Outlook • Experience in the IFA industry Core Duties • Working closely with Directors and Financial Planners • Able to request and obtain all necessary information and undertake financial analysis to enable financial reports to be produced in a timely manner • Prepare information/comparisons for analysis • Obtain application forms and other associated paperwork • Pre-populate application form accurately • Ensure data is accurately recorded on the CRM and SharePoint folders • Ongoing servicing of clients as and when required • Process and monitoring complex business, both new and existing from start to finish • Invoice preparation • Process letters of authority, including chasing vital information for various suitability report types • Liaise with clients and Financial Planners • Navigate provider websites to produce illustrations and process new business • Receive and implement ad-hoc requests from both clients and Financial Planners • Operate and adhere to compliance and the firm's standards • Undertake appropriate professional development and training • Report on key measures on a regular basis • Process fund buys and sales • Process withdrawals • Rebalancing and switching funds and fund models • Completion and reconciliation of the 'New Business Register' • Preparing suitability reports, engagement letters, ad-hoc letters etc Suitable candidates who apply will be contacted Directly from Reed.
