Your new role As a mail room assistant, you will act as the contact point between mail distribution and the clients staff at all levels as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for dealing with any enquiries, resolving and investigating where appropriate. You will accurately sort and distribute all internal and external mail as required and deal with the implementation of all postal charges. A driving license is required as you will be responsible for driving company vehicles as required to carry out duties on sites. What you'll need to succeed A successful candidate will have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and the use of a PC. A professional and 'can do' attitude is paramount, whilst possessing the ability to carry out all duties in a safe manner in accordance with health and safety guidelines. As mentioned, a successful candidate must have a full UK driving license.
