Predominantly we use wild, sustainable meat, with a focus on wild venison. We have our own dedicated Deer manager who harvests the wild deer over thousands of acres of prime English countryside exclusively for us. We also love rare breed beef and Lamb, Wild Boar from The Forest of Dean, and the freshest line caught fish that Cornwall has to offer. We harvest beautiful local vegetables, grown in season and we bake fresh bread daily. Founded by our illustrious members, we have an elite, premium and private Club housing 3 alcove rooms and a small, central bar. We will supply you with all the resource required for a successful shift, all we ask is you have a positive outlook and a resilient outlook. Preparation is key to this role, you will assist with running drinks, glassware, garnishes and other stock, whilst ensuring compliance with H&S and food hygiene.
