Overview
We are recruiting on behalf a well-known skin care brand. They have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Skin Therapist to join their team in Kingston. We’re looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Therapists, with a real passion for customer service and skin care to become part of their team. You will be covering counter duties which include, taking payments, booking appointments, answering the phone, assisting customers with retail and offering treatments. You will need to be available for all relevant store activities including meetings, workshops, inventory, unpacking orders, sales promotions. also conduct mentoring sessions with individual staff members on a regular basis to ensure each staff member are progressing and developing within their role. Our ideal Retail Counter Manager will have the following: Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 equivalent (this must include electrical modalities) Passion for retail and experience working to targets Enjoy retailing Be flexible to accommodate retail environment (evenings & weekends) In Return you will get: Basic salary £18-£20k plus uncapped commission Bonus (OTE £25) Great working environment Monthly training and product allowance Private healthcare & pension contribution 20 days paid holiday
