Overview
The Role Context and Challenges This role is within the new Sutton-based Back Office & IT team and will report to the Head of Back Office & IT (who is transferring from the Neuchatel office). The Systems Analyst maintains and develops various software and databases and is responsible for IT support to ensure that users receive the appropriate quality of service (escalating to the Head of Back Office & IT when appropriate). The Systems Analyst acts as cover for the Back-Office team, ensuring that all treasury activities are settled in an accurate and timely manner and ensures that all the dealing activities are properly approved (escalating issues to the Head of Back Office & IT when appropriate). Main accountabilities and tasks IT maintenance Participate in the implementation of new IT projects Maintenance and developments in SharePoint: Intranet site, Intercompany Settlement (ICS) and Financial reporting Scripting and automation Execute various ad hoc database maintenance and developments: TMS IT2, static data, reports and process maps Payment advice and open problems IT Helpdesk: Ad hoc user problems Other Backup for Back Office team members when they are not available Treasury control, settlement and compliance reporting Fides maintenance: ARS Web, accounts reporting EFT, accounts set-up o Bank documentation Rating agency monthly/weekly ratings reporting and monitoring Oversee check of cash pool interest calculations Assist in various projects and administrative tasks Person Specification Qualifications Strong academic record Skills/Experience 3 years working in IT Experience of working with or within complex multinational corporate environments Experience of TMS would be an advantage Fluency in foreign language(s) desirable Behaviours -Team player -Fast learner with proactive, problem solving attitude -Able to multitask and still deliver high level of performance -Organised and detail orientated -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
