Management Surveyor/ Consultancy/ Office & industrial/ Glasgow Your new company Hays are currently working with one of the top global real estate consultancies, to help them, recruit a management surveyor into their Glasgow office. Your new company specialises in assisting organisations achieve their ambitions by providing industry-leading real estate management. Our client has asked us to source a Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor for their Office & Industrial Property Management Team to help drive the success of the business. In your new position, you will play a key role in understanding the client objectives and managing the team effectively to meet the clients needs. You will also be the main point of contact for the client regarding any matters relating to the property, or their objective set out in a business plan. In your new role you will also have the chance to aide the development of the business by introducing new concepts and ideas.
