Your new company An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an Architect to join a small but expanding team in Perth. This organisation is looking for someone to join their design team and work on some of the most interesting projects that Scotland and the wider UK have to offer. My client specialises in the refurbishment and alterations of residential properties and has a long-established client base that they have forged over the years by priding themselves on being a highly reputable business within the industry. Your new role You will be joining the business as part of their architectural team utilising your AutoCAD skills to assist the team with their projects in order to provide clients with bespoke and pragmatic design solutions. You will also be working closely with the wider team and will gain an insight into project management and other aspects of the construction and property industry. As part of your role you will be expected to be confident with working on site and liaising with clients and contractors. What you'll need to succeed For this job, you will have a proven track record of working with bespoke residential projects or similar project experience. You will need to be highly proficient in AutoCAD software packages and be a highly presentable individual. Furthermore, you will also need a full clean driving licence.
