Qualified Project Architect, Birmingham City Centre, Full-Time, £30,000 to £40,000 Your new company This is an opportunity to work for an international Architectural practice branch based in Birmingham City Centre as an Architect efficiently maintaining projects which emphasises the importance of design and collaboration within a team. Working to create efficient designs for the community either through modern and cosmopolitan Architecture encompassing the environmental elements to fuse urban and rural. Looking at space as a way of redefining how people experience their surroundings. Your new role You will be responsible for liaising with clients, contractors, surveyors & local authorities. You will work from conception to completion predominantly in the Healthcare & Residential sector. Having great capability of working within a team of like minded individuals with a passion for your projects. What you'll need to succeed A minimum of 3 years working as a qualified Architect with U.K experience and be able to handle building regulations and UK planning policies. You need to have a keen eye for technical drawings and detailing to specifications whilst encompassing a creative understanding of design and placing that within your Architectural projects. You will be able to handle software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite. You should be able to communicate well within the team and keeping organised is key. You will be able to prepare presentations to display your ideas and concepts and develop designs. During projects, site inspections and client communication needs to be kept on top of.
