Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced scheduler to work for well-established facilities contractor in West Midlands. A well-established installations contractor is now seeking for a Scheduler to join their ever growing business on permanent basis in their head office. The role as a Scheduler As a scheduler you will need to use company's in house system and excel to schedule these contracts in, this role will suit an individual with social housing experience or contractor experience, with knowledge of void properties and planned programmes that enjoy a fast paced role with excellent organisation skills, which is methodical and has an eye for detail. Other duties for scheduler will include: ·Overseeing the diary for tradesmen ·Processing new jobs from the client ·Schedule follow on works ·Raise purchase orders for materials and sub-contractors ·Booking trade works in liaising with the contract manager ·Dealing with client and customer queries · Updating programme on excel and google sheets ·Collating certification i.e. Electric and Gas ·Answering the phone ·Send Invoices to the client To be considered for position as a Scheduler: ·Customer Service Skills ·Logistical Planning ·Microsoft Office ·Scheduling (Required) ·Construction, FM and Contractor experience (Required) ·Ability to work under pressure ·Prioritise works and meet client deadlines and internal KPI's In return as a scheduler you will receive: ·£19000 - £22000 ·Permanent position ·28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays For more information on this position please get in touch with Ernesta at Niyaa People on 0121 790 0981
