Overview

Information about Role We are a new developing UK office of an overseas Accounting and Tax firm. Our client portfolio is extending and will start providing Payroll services in-house. Why not take part in this extending business? This position may likely to offer more in near future. XERO payroll experience is essential. Bookkeeping/Accounting knowledge and experience is preferable. Candidate will be working directly with the UK Director and communicating with the clients. Job is available for working from home but will have meetings with the UK Director in regular basis. At the beginning, we offer Part Time Job as 1 day a week , flexible day and hours with task based working. May increase depending on the future volume or candidate’s support on bookkeeping and accounting issues. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process monthly payrolls for clients on XERO (At the beginning there will be around 5 clients and around 15 employees in total) PAYE submissions and distribution of payslips with clients, employees. Pensions, Student Loans and other deductions process Aware of payroll legislations (GDPR) and advice to clients about their payroll queries. Give support on Bookkeeping and Accounting issues. Key Requirements/Qualifications Candidate should be able to make manual calculations of a payroll Experienced on payroll practise with XERO and its features Candidate should apply new required payroll legislations like GDPR Benefits Candidate will have chance to take a key role in the company with the increasing number of clients.
