Overview
We are urgently seeking a Technical Analyst to help support a wide range of technologies, including server, contact centre and mobile. The main elements of the role will be: Ensuring call queues are up to date. Be responsible for assisting with maintenance of all technologies. Assisting in managing internal and external ICT partners to ensure that implementation of any new technologies fits into existing services & infrastructure and is provisioned in a timely manner. Carrying out appropriate action to investigate and resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner and ensuring incidents are fully documented within the relevant reporting systems. Improving and maintaining effective monitoring and alerting (e.g. SNMP) for all systems in your area of responsibility. Ensuring effective planning of your activities to ensure awareness of business and other activities. Carrying out mentoring for Tier 2 and Service Desk. Undertaking such other activities as may be required to fulfil the objectives of the role. In addition, Mobile-specific responsibilities will include (where training will be given): MobileIron support & administration Mobile app discovery, testing & deployment Management of Google/Apple corporate and developer accounts Provide guidance & assistance to the business for app-related queries Coordination with app vendors on updates, security & issues Following mobile industry, security and in-house best practices & standards Technologies you'll be working with Mobile Technologies •NetMotion (VPN) •HID ActivID AAA Services (RADIUS) •Desktop Virtualisation Technologies •Mobile Desktop Technologies •MDM solutions (MobileIron/Intune) •Mobile Client's (Windows Mobile, Android & iOS) Server Technologies •Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 Server •Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016/ •Microsoft Lync /Skype •Active Directory, File & Print, DHCP, DNS , GPO •Office 365 •PowerShell commands •VMware 4 and above •Azure If this sounds close in any way to your background please don't delay in applying IntaPeople is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
