Overview
We are currently recruiting for our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the North West. We're looking for an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller for their prestige site in Manchester. Are you an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller looking to join a highly successful business? Are you looking to improve your current earnings? You will be responsible for the daily control of the bodyshop/workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality. You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisation of bodyshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all bodyshop colleagues. As part of this role you will also oversee the smart repair side of the business You will also actively contribute to the implementation of safe working practices, training courses and security within the department. You will be assisting the Bodyshop Manager. You will currently be in the same type of role as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a Bodyshop and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues. You will have the drive and determination to maintain a productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people. It is essential that you will have experience within a bodyshop environment. Experience Required Mon to Fri 8:15am - 5:30pm, Alternate Sat 8:30am - 12:30pm Further training and development with huge career prospects Please ensure your CV is up to date, and has all relevant contact details including address.
