Overview
REED Socia Care Hub are currently recruiting for social workers who have significant experience in adults specialism, to work in our Preparation for Adulthood Team (Transitions) in Sheffield. The team work alongside the Children with Disability team however will concentrate on children transitioning into adulthood and into adult services. £250 referral bonus - if you aren't interested, maybe you know someone who is?
