Role: Property Manager Salary: £24k Plus Bonus Location: Nottingham Type: Permanent Overview 2Fawcett are recruiting for a Property Manager, to join a company located in Nottingham on a Permanent basis. This company are extremely successful and are looking to expand their team. As Property Manager you will be a senior member of the team and you will be able to use your industry knowledge to contribute to the growth of this department. Are you looking for a step up from your current role? Do you want to be responsible and accountable for your workload with support and encouragement from your management team? Ideally you to have an ARLA qualification, however this is not essential Purely to understand the law and regulations that this role encompasses. The Role & Responsibilities of the Property Manager Establishing and maintaining customer relationships Making sure all properties are fit for market Carrying out inspections Managing a large portfolio of clients Managing end of tenancy process Arranging maintenance works Chasing landlords and tenant debts Negotiating when needed Visiting properties Requirements of the Property Manager Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc Have an ability to multi-task Excellent written and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a small team Strong organisational skills Meticulous attention to detail Happy to take the initiative Happy to adapt to different roles.
