IT Support Officer £29,000 - £32,000 Excellent Benefits Are you an enthusiastic IT Support Officer looking to excel within an IT team in a leading non-for-profit organisation? Your new company This exciting opportunity is with a very reputable non-for-profit organisation, who are looking to expand their IT team during a time of investment and change by appointing an IT Support Officer. Your new role As part of our continued improvement plan for Information Services we are seeking to invest in an IT Support Officer who provide 1st - 2nd line support for all IS systems and standard desktop applications. You'll provide network administration as well as maintaining Applications and Systems across software and hardware. Similarly, you'll be dealing with troubleshooting and escalations for users as well as providing system installation for desktop hardware and/or software resolving any issues found. You will be responsible for providing user support to over 150 users as well as delivering first line support of Windows 10, Office 365 Administration and Active Directory across the IT infrastructure. What you'll need to succeed Experience in 1st- - 2nd line support of Active Directory, Office 365 administration, Windows 10 Experience providing User support Change control: managing changes to the desktop components of a live infrastructure.
