Junior Sous Chef - Chichester - Country Pub - £22k - £24k Platinum Recruitment's Pubs and bars division is currently representing a Country pub in Chichester and have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team. Client This venue is a true country pub. Located in the great English countryside, this pub prides itself in serving the freshest produce from a seasonal menu which is all sourced locally. The bar has a well-stocked and homely feel and a slightly more formal dining room. Role This role would be perfect for a confident chef who enjoys cooking with fresh food at a high standard. A chef who is able to take control of kitchen when needed, but also able to coach and motivate junior members of staff. Looking for an existing Junior Sous Chef but they would consider a strong CDP looking to make the next step in their career.
