We're currently looking to hire an enthusiastic individual who can promote our brand and products with ease, someone who can hold a conversation with a stranger for 5 minutes and somebody who is energetic and oozes personality The role of Assistant Manager at Eat The Bird IS NOT for chickens, you need to be hard-working and exceptionally passionate about what we do. We are looking for someone who is instinctively service inspired and doesn't compromise for an easy life, always striving to encourage the highest standards in others. We'd expect you have ran shifts in a busy, high turnover restaurant with enthusiasm whilst coaching and motivating staff. Eat The Bird started in 2017 and only 3 years down the line we are expanding, winning awards and changing the world of fried chicken .
