Overview
Change Manager - London - up to £65,000 plus 20% bonus & home working A global technology business and household name in central London is urgently seeking a new Change Manager to take the business lead on high profile IT transformation and service design projects. It is a great time to be joining the business as they go through a period of significant investment in IT - providing an excellent career opportunity for any Change Manager looking to take the next step. You will be a Change Manager responsible for the successful business change and user adoption on multiple IT project streams - leading and managing a small team to ensure the business gets the most out of any new IT or application service. As the successful candidate you must have: - A strong track record as a dedicated Change Manager - working on end to end change management - Experience of managing business change and successful user adoption related to IT projects / services - A background in Consultancy would be an advantage (other members of their team have come from a consultancy background), but this is not essential - Experience of matrix management or line management - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management - Consultative and collaborative approach You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes: - Basic salary of circa £55,000 to £65,000 depending on skills and experience - Bonus of up to 20% - Pension - Private Healthcare - Corporate Discounts on Media, travel and leisure services - Flexible working and home working This is an urgent vacancy where the hiring manager is looking to shortlist for interview immediately.
