Behaviour Support TA/LSA Primary School in Woolwich, Greenwich ASAP start - Full time position SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) SEMH 1:1 Support in a year 5 class £65 - £80 per day 2 form entry, Primary School Woolwich, Greenwich Close to Woolwich Station (Great transport links) General class support Are you a graduate with a strong education background? Do you have previous experience working with Special educational needs (SEN)? A fantastic primary school in Woolwich in Greenwich are searching for a bright teaching assistant to join them in September. This is a one year contract working 8.30am-4pm full-time. The Primary School are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in Year 5 with SEMH. There will also be responsibility to work with intervention groups. The primary school is near to Woolwich station. Ideally the teaching assistant will have previous experience working with SEN children and a strong academic background. In September 2020 there is an opportunity to complete your primary teacher training. Graduates who are personable, academic, creative and/or sporty are ideal for this role. Prior experience working with SEN children is ideal for this position. The child has SEMH needs. A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is ideal for this role and the candidate must have a minimum of a C in their GCSE Maths and English. This is a fantastic platform for aspiring teachers to gain valuable experience in preparation for completing their teaching training the following year.
