Data Analyst: Excel Pivot Tables Band: 5 Location: Leeds (near Railway Station) Duration: To 13th January 2021 initially IR35: In scope Rate: £14.32 - £17.80 per hour My clients Analysis Team requires an Information Analyst to support with the production, analysis and on-going development of workforce statistics. You will support with the production of publications and perform analysis of accompanying datasets in response to a high volume of PQs, FOIs and requests for analysis from a variety of customers such as DHSC, NHSE/I, Cabinet Office, Number 10, etc. You will have the support of the Higher and Senior Information Analysts within the team. You will ensure data are handled in an efficient and secure way in line with information governance legislation. Knowledge and experience of using Excel including wider functionality such as formulae and pivot tables Good knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables Knowledge of database structures and how to interrogate databases - SQL Basis SQL / T-SQL queries and code Knowledge of how to interpret data Experience of working in a busy environment and managing multiple demands Good team working skills Attention to detail Assisting in production and checking of a range publication tables on a monthly/quarterly basis Assisting in production and checking of a high volume of PQs and FOI queries / requests Assisting with the management of the team's shared mailbox INFORMATION ANALYST, INFORMATION ANALYSIS, DATA ANALYST, EXCEL ANALYST, ANALYST, EXCEL, PIVOT TABLE, SQL, T-SQL, NHS, PUBLIC SECTOR, GOVERNMENT, DATABASE, SQL SERVER, FORMULAE Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
