Overview
FP&A Manager - Nottingham We are currently searching for an FP&A Manager to join this growing and exciting business in Nottingham. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will initially manage one individual who will support you in improving and implementing relevant areas to ensure a capable FP&A function. There is lots of scope for this role to grow and the ideal individual will be a self-starter who can quickly get to task with identifying FP&A improvements and in the long-term build and run an effective FP&A function. The role will suit someone Qualified who has a strong background in FP&A - sector background is not important. It is a newly created role and has come about due to growth and will require the relevant candidate to get involved in of business change. Key Key Areas of the Role: Reporting to the Finance Director and supporting senior stakeholders and decision makers across the business. Responsible for all areas of FP&A and Finance Business Partnering. Implementing a strategic FP&A plan for the business. Influencing and supporting change and key decision making from a finance perspective. Effective staff management and development. Financial analysis, modelling and business partnering across the business supporting business decisions. The role will also involve significant project work supporting the Finance Director on commercial finance projects. Involvement with investors, banks and other key external stakeholders. You will be a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant with a strong background on the commercial side and good exposure to FP&A and Finance Business Partnering.
