                                Accounts Assistant / Administrator Reporting to: Office Manager Temporary to permanent position: circa £20,000 Job Description We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient, hard-working, friendly and adaptable person. A multi-tasking role supporting the Office Manager with accounts and data support, administration and ad hoc reception duties. This role is to support the management suite in ensuring the smooth running of the office at all times. Key responsibilities:  Enter financial transactions appropriately  Check all financial transactions for accuracy  Keeping organised records  Supporting Office Manager  To liaise with customers, buyers and suppliers in a timely and professional manner  To organise the management suite, as directed by Office Manager  Deal effectively with all general enquiries, passing on to relevant members of the team  Deliver excellent customer service  Prioritise workload, monitor diary and key dates  Key press management - ensure that the records are kept up to date and daily records of activities are logged  Maintain levels of stationary and Corporate information  Update all office manuals and procedures as required, e.g. tenants lists, approved contractors and suppliers etc  Updating and maintaining key personal / customer / office files  Paper and computer based administration  Handle tasks delegated by the Centre Director and Office Manager and report status and daily or weekly reviews  Front of house reception duties as required, meeting and greeting and taking calls  To undertake any other duties applicable to the role as and when required Essential criteria:  Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel  Excellent attention to detail, able to proof read and input data  A high level of personal presentation  An ability to communicate at all levels  First class communication skills with the ability to respond in a courteous and positive manner both face to face and over the telephone  Able to work under pressure and use initiative, a self starter, able to take direction from management  Maintain a corporate outlook Hours of work - 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. 1 hour lunch If you are interested in this post please apply today Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
