Accountancy firm looking for a personable Team Secretary with great communication skills Client Details The Client is a Birmingham based accountancy firm with offices internationally Description The Team Secretary will support two partners and a team of 14 members of staff across Birmingham and Nottingham. Duties include diary Management, inbox management, travel booking, billing, finances, minute taking and expenses. Partners will need assistance with timesheets, formatting reports, powerpoint presentations and travel. Profile The successful candidate: Posess 3-4 years experince as a Team Secretary Powerpoint experience Someone who is personable, proactive and helpful (they will be the glue in the team) Time Management skills and great communication skills is key Excellent writing and proof reading skills. Someone who can build relationships and be in the know. General secretarial duties to include, but not limited to, word-processed, spreadsheets, Job Offer Salary paying between £26,500 - £28,000 25 days holiday that rises with service Life assurance Income protection and pension
